SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Spiritual growth is not so much about "doing" as it is about "becoming" – becoming more like Christ. It's a life-long adventure that takes patience, commitment, and intentional focus. It's not what we do along the way that is most important. What really matters is who we are becoming in the process. Ultimately, the Christian life is about building an intimate relationship with Jesus as the Holy Spirit changes us from the inside out, and loving others the way Jesus loves us.
Our Spiritual Growth Team is excited to partner with you by providing a "DISCOVERY PATHWAYS" for your journey with Christ. We invite you to explore the various opportunities we offer to help you take your next steps of spiritual growth.

DISCOVERING SPIRITUAL MATURITY
God wants you to take your next step spiritually. That could mean getting baptized, committing to digging into the Bible each day, discovering how God wants to use you to help others, or just learning more about God’s plan for your life. Greenacre courses are all about those next steps.
DISCOVERY 1- Discovering your Journey and the Church
This Discovery course starts with you. We want to help you to discover how God has been leading, maturing and guiding you. This interactive, self-discovery process is very encouraging and enlightening. The course is also a basic introduction to our church family is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is. You’ll learn about our beliefs on salvation, our statements of purpose, and our church’s strategy and structure. You’ll also hear about the history of our church, how the five biblical purposes are necessary to fulfilling God’s calling for your life, and the plans for the future of the church. At the end of workshop, you’ll be given the opportunity to decide whether to complete the membership process by filling out and signing the membership covenant.
Discovery 2 – Discovering Spiritual Maturity.
Do you want to become more like Jesus? Discovery 2 will help you develop the habits you need to jump-start your spiritual growth. It will give you an overview of the five basic spiritual habits every Christian needs in order to grow and the tools to put them into everyday life.
Discovery 3 – Discovering Ministry
Did you know that God created you with special gifts intended for his purposes? God didn’t design ministry for just a few – he made each one of us a minister. At Discovery 3, you’ll learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, your Heart, your Abilities, your Personality, and your Experiences (S.H.A.P.E.) to minister to the needs of others. This an empowering, self-discovery course.
Discovery 4 – Discovering My Evangelistic Shape
In Discovery 4 you’ll discover your life mission and how you can be a part of God’s plan to reach out to the world. This class will help you: Develop a personal perspective of the Gospel message. Develop your personal story of how God has worked in your life. Build confidence in sharing your story and how you can begin to be a part of it.
